2. Use transhipper that I've provided in the list search from internet or ask seller and contact him/her by yourself for additional cost (fee) and delivery method.  (eBay's policy not allows me to show contact to you)
3. If you get transhipper which you want him/her to deliver your fish. Place order for the fish and do payment.
4. Tell me the transhipper's name which you are selected.
5. I will confirm my shipping date to transhipper. (Fish's shipping frequency is weekly or 1-2 times per month depend on transhipper)
6. After fish is shipped, I'll inform you.
7. Then you contact transhipper for fish pickup or delivery. Waiting and happy with your fish. If you have any question, feel free to contact me.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
- If your fish arrive to trans-shipper and dead, I will refund for fish cost only NOT include shipping cost or DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST and HANDLES FEE of your trans-shipper.
- For casualties that occur during re-shipping to your home, policy only if all the following criteria are met :

If the fish die during the delivery, please take photo to me within 24 hrs by do not
open the bag. If the fish already outside the bag, it will not accepted in DOA term***

Shipping and Handing

for payment. The payment is expected within 5 days after the auction ends.
- I will arrange shipping within 4 - 15 days after the payment was cleared depends on the shipment schedule of each trans-shipper.
- I only ship to the confirmed address was provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address of you would like us to ship. If not, please let us know before we sent you?re the package.
