In an unlikely event that your Fishes are DOA (Dead On Arrival). I will need 2 digital pictures within 2 hours of delivery and you will receive a full refund for the cost of the Fishes, Not shipping.
Please do not leave livestock unattended in extreme heat or cold, they should be taken inside promptly after delivery.
If any Shipment is late or is damaged it is not the sellers fault. Must take up with Shipping company and NO DOA NOR SHIPPING WILL BE GRANTED.
