Your betta will be well packed and insulated. The betta arriving to you safely is our top priority.
Due to potential delays, live arrival guarantee on USPS Priority will only be honored if delivered within three days. If delayed and delivered after three days, there is no live arrival guarantee as the heat pack will have run out. Delays are beyond our control and buyers choosing Priority Mail will agree to this risk and we will not be held accountable for DOA due to delays.
We highly recommend USPS Express, especially if the weather is quite cold where you live.
WE MAY DELAY SENDING OUT YOUR BETTA(S) IF THE TEMPERTURE IS TOO COLD IN YOUR AREA OR OURS TO SAFELY SEND THEM ON THEIR WAY.
We will always communicate any shipping delays with you, should they occur.

Purchases cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are certain when purchasing your fish.
We do not accept returns.
In case of DOA, the buyer must inform the seller through “Ebay Message” with a photo of the original unopened bag within 1 HOUR of the delivery time stated on the package tracking information.
Shipping is NONREFRUNDABLE.

When you receive your fish by mail:
-The color of the fish may appear pale or dull as compared to the pics in the listing due to the stress of shipping but will return once they recover.
-Marble bettas can change colors many times throughout their lives. There is always a possibility that your betta may marble in transit.
-Halfmoon bettas are notorious fin-nippers. I will never send out a nipped betta, however fin nipping possible during transit. We cannot be held responsible for any fin nipping done while in transit.
-The fish may appear smaller in person than in the pics since close-ups are required for detail.
-Please acclimate your fish accordingly.
-It is normal for fish not to eat for the first couple of days, as well as hide. Once they recover from the stress of shipping, eating and activity will resume. This can take several days.
AUCTION RULES:
Payment must be made within 24 Hours of the close of auction. Failure to do so will result in the fish being relisted.
