Shipping:
I do my best to ship within 2-3 days after payment (weekends and holidays are not included). Packages are shipped via USPS first class mail within 16 oz. Fragile items are packaged with care. If for any reason your item is damaged, please send me an e-Mail as soon as possible. In that e-Mail please include photos of the item in the original packaging (bubble wrap, box, etc) and pictures of the damage. Photos of the items that are damaged in the original packaging is essential for filing a claim with the USPS.
Returns:
I accept returns within 30 days of purchase and the item MUST be in the same condition as described in the original listing. It is the BUYER'S responsibility to pay for return shipping. I do NOT pay return shipping. The buyer is expected to notify me within 14 days if they are returning the item. You can open a return request via eBay or feel free to message me with any concerns. Your payment will be returned to you within 24 hours of receiving the item.
