    Description

    Stunning iridescent lavender round bead clusters play nice with tubular white beads, in this box braided, rope plaited necklace made way back in the 1920's art deco/flapper era! Previously owned by our first US female patent attorney, the late Martha Viola Bogert, whose estate I am disbursing. It's obviously handmade and I can see where it joins in the back. There is little to none wear on the beads, and condition is exceptional for the 100 years of age of this rare beauty! Very lightweight and easy to wear, this 33" long and a tad over 1/4" wide feminine necklace is sure to draw compliments when wearing!
